Hello! I'm Sarah, a designer and illustrator based in Oxfordshire.

I work from my home studio, which is surrounded by the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside and sits right on the river Cherwell.
I live with my husband Adam, our son George and our two dogs Bert the collie and Briar the greyhound.

Sarah Franklin Design was born in January 2020, I set up as a freelance designer and illustrator as well as my online shop. I have always been artistic and love creating things that other people enjoy. Setting up my own small business has been a big adventure, but it has enabled me to do the job I love everyday. There is nothing better than seeing my ideas come to life through design. From concept through to delivering at the Post Office, everything is made with love and tried and tested by us.

High Quality
We ensure that our designs are high quality products that are tried and tested before being sold to our valued customers.
Each of our lovely designs is hand drawn, before going through several processes to ensure that before going on sale, we are happy with the finished product and it is to the high standard that our customers expect.
Our products are built to last and be re-used over and over again and if they can’t be re-used they can be recycled.
We are all about the details and we love adding the finishing touches.
Eco Conscious
We are eco-conscious and we really think about how our products will have an impact on the environment. Everything we make is sourced and made in the UK and we often use smaller companies and businesses to create our products.
Our textiles are all organic cotton, which can be washed and re-used several times. All of our products that are printed on paper are from FSC approved sources and are not laminated, so they can be recycled in your paper bins. Our packaging is acid free, compostable or made from paper - our packaging is completely plastic free!
Giving Back
We are a company that wants to give something back to the community.
As of 2022 we have decided to partner with nominated charities launching new limited edition collections, donating 50% of proceeds made to our nominated charities.
For 2022 we are partnering with; Oxfordshire Mind, The Firefighters Charity, Tiggywinkles, The Red Cross (Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal) and The Greyhound Trust.

Earth Positive Business
We are proud to be an Earth Positive Business. This means that we are donating money towards the following causes;
for every purchase made through our website, we plant a tree,
for every new email subscriber we recycle a plastic bottle,
for every spend over £35, we plant a tree, recycle a bottle and offset 10kg of CO2 emissions (and you get free delivery too!)
